21 Spoons Proprietor, Annie Butler, has been Chef Ann to 1,000's of kids over the last 18 years through schools and her Edible Education cooking youth cooking programs.  The time has come to create a space where friends and family can enjoy relaxed, clean ingredient, food and spirits.  As a GF, sometimes vegetarian who doesn't like sports tv, 

 this intimate concept is purely designed as an alternative delight in the Midlothian dining scene.
